How do I book a car wash appointment?
Pick a car wash on the map or from the list, see the free slots for the day you want, and book. No account is needed: you confirm your phone number with a code sent by SMS and the booking is done.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book with just your phone number, confirmed by SMS. An account is optional and lets you see past bookings without confirming your number each time.
How much does booking cost?
Booking is free for drivers. You pay for the wash directly at the car wash, at the price it displays.
Do I get a confirmation and a reminder?
Yes. You get a confirmation SMS right after booking and a reminder SMS before your appointment, if you agreed to receive notifications.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, up to one hour before the scheduled time. The slot is freed automatically and someone else can take it.
Which vehicle types are accepted?
Each car wash sets its own accepted types — car, SUV, van or motorcycle — and the price for each. You can see the list on the car wash page before booking.
Which cities does the platform cover?
The platform covers the cities where car washes have signed up. The home page shows car washes near you, or you can pick another city from the list.
I own a car wash. How do I join?
Create an account in the admin panel, set your opening hours, capacity and prices, and you appear in the listing. The first 30 days are free, including SMS for 100 bookings.
What does it cost for a car wash business?
Plans start at 99 RON per month and include 100 bookings with confirmation and reminder SMS. We take no commission from the car wash revenue.
What happens to my data?
Your phone number and licence plate are passed to the car wash you choose so it can manage your booking. You can withdraw your notification consent or delete your account at any time.
